a Tokyo startup hub. Partnerships with accelerators and domestic bases supported more than 400 startup engagements and facilitated over NT$7 billion in fundraising. Participation by 96 and 40 tech startups in CES and VivaTech generated NT$4.244 billion in business opportunities and NT$446 million in orders, strengthening Taiwan's global startup presence and industry connectivity. - Science and Technology Innovation: Through cross-government coordination and integrated R&D resources, advances were made across key frontier technologies. Regarding AI, the Taiwan AI Center of Excellence delivered 12 breakthrough technologies and expanded shared datasets and international collaboration. Space capabilities strengthened as FORMOSAT-7 provided 6,000 daily observations for severe-weather forecasting, and FORMOSAT-8 completed TRL-8 component integration ahead of launch. Cybersecurity advances in chip security, PQC, satellite security, and AI security were made, yielding 667 new technologies and mechanisms. Quantum researchers successfully conducted a fivequbit demonstration and developed a quantum light-source chip. Regarding precision health, new chronic-disease care modules, physiological measurement systems, biomarkers, and riskprediction models were developed to meet the needs of an aging society. - Digital New Society: Efforts focused on trusted data flows, smart government, digital service innovation, digital economy, and digital inclusion. Data governance was strengthened through new privacy-enhancing technology guidelines and testbeds that enabled compliant data use. Smart government capabilities expanded with the launch of a public code platform and a crossborder data authorization system.
