and sensing convergence. Regarding LEO communications, the Ameba RAN for the NTN/TN convergence network earned a 2024 R&D 100 Award and enabled multisite testing. Indigenous RF and beam tracking control chips were also developed, targeting 80% domestic production of core satellite components and reinforcing autonomy in satellite communications R&D and system integration. ● National Project of Hope - Revitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises: Support for micro, small, and medium enterprises strengthened their capacity for digitalization, net-zero transition, and market expansion. Digital transformation programs assisted 61,750 firms and generated NT$4.366 billion in output. The development of a digital cardiopulmonary auscultation device for precision mobile health care, along with high-efficiency module technologies, contributed NT$6.775 billion in output. Regarding the net-zero transition, enterprises achieved savings of 137 million kWh, attracted NT$87.531 billion in investment, and reduced carbon emissions by 16,000 metric tons, advancing circular-economy and supply-chain decarbonization models. Technology adoption also strengthened local market development, enabling 2,008 legacy businesses to introduce innovative services that upgraded local economies and business districts. - Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Innovation and startup development were enhanced through broader investment targets, new funding sources, and stronger domestic and international linkages. University programs supported early-stage teams and enabled 10 research-driven technology transfers; concurrently, 42 supported startups and 9 institute-affiliated teams secured financing, and 31 ICT firms secured financing or innovation support.
