To deploy frontier technologies: Advances in frontier technologies accelerated the translation of research into practical applications. Progress in quantum technology was marked by recognition by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) of Taiwan's participation as a global player in setting post-quantumcryptography (PQC) standards. The adoption of generative AI also increased across the medical pathology, agricultural technology, and object recognition domains. A communication platform in the form of a tethered high-altitude balloon was domestically developed to enhance communication resilience during major disasters. In agricultural technology, internationally compliant testing and prevention technologies were implemented to improve food safety management. Weather forecasting accuracy also increased through an eightfold improvement in the resolution of thermosphereionosphere coupling in numerical prediction systems. A multisensor fusion navigation module compatible with the Autoware autonomousdriving system was designed to further strengthen the core navigation capabilities of autonomous vehicles. To disseminate research outcomes: The integration of crossdisciplinary resources and multistakeholder collaboration accelerated the diffusion of research outcomes, enabling scientific achievements to better meet industrial and societal needs. Over 659 industryacademia collaboration projects, ranging from fundamental research to the development of next-generation technologies, attracted NT$630 million in corporate investment, and 437 cases of technology transfer generated NT$516 million in licensing revenue. The IndustryAcademia Technology Alliance and the Smart Healthcare IndustryAcademia Alliance delivered key technological advances and strengthened core industrial capabilities through patent deployment, technology transfer, and enhanced measurement technologies. In agricultural science and technology, 265 cases of technology transfer, XIV
