雙薪夫妻如何運用集體效能 取得工作與長照間的平衡

My umbrella research area of interest is worker health and well-being, with a particular focus on work–family issues.

The objective of my research program is to better understand the complex ways that work interacts with nonwork domains and the effect of multiple role engagement on worker health and wellbeing.

So far, I examined various consequences of work–family experiences (e.g., parent-child interactive behaviors, family dinner, marital interactions, job and life satisfaction), various individual characteristics that influence work–family experiences (e.g., personality, occupational calling, trait guilt), work–family issues via a global lens (e.g., cross-cultural comparisons, transnational families, expatriates), and work–family issues along the lifespan (e.g., work–school interface among emerging adults, work–eldercare interface among working informal caregivers of the elderly).

With my research, I hope to help people to be happy and productive in various roles they hold in their lives.

It is a great honor to have received this prestigious award. I sincerely appreciate the support and encouragement from my family.

I also feel grateful to teachers, mentors, and colleagues, as their guidance and support have shaped who I am today.

The award is especially meaningful because I feel that the importance of my research was acknowledged. I will continue conducting research that can benefit more people.
